Daily Vitamins

I believe the following vitamins are essential to support a healthy body, especially if we lead a busy and stressful life.  I am not convinced that high priced vitamins are worth the additional cost, so I buy most of my vitamins in bulk.  I pre-sort into a pill dispenser container to make it fast and convenient in the morning.  I take these daily. 

  1. Vitamin C – 1000mg
  2. Vitamin E – 400 IU
  3. Multivitamin
  4. Vitamin D – 1000 IU
  5. B12 Complex
  6. Omega 3 Fish Oil – AEP 400, ADH 200 

Depending on your level of health you may require different quantities of the above vitamins, or different vitamins all together.  Please consult a knowledgeable health professional for advice on your particular situation, such as a Physiotherapist or Chiropractor.
