Top Ten Exercises You Can Do At Your Desk

Squeeze your shoulder blades together. Hold for 10 seconds and repeat 10 times. Repeat every hour.

 Seated shoulder stretch

 

Hold all of the following nine stretches for at least 30 seconds. Repeat 3 times per day.

     neck stretch, chin toward pecks

  Upper back stretch

Lower back stretch, seated 

 Lower back twist, seated  

Wrist stretch, fingers down Wrist stretch, fingers up
