Your Fall Checklist Item #3 Prepare For Fall Sports

The kids are back at school, so let the fall sports begin!  The kids will be working hard trying out for a variety of teams, many of which they have not played much over the summer.  New sports can bring on aches/pains that kids haven’t had to deal with before, or may have had a break from over the summer.  Equip yourself with the knowledge you need to keep your kids healthy while they enjoy their favourite sports.  If they are sore, bring them in for an assessment so that we can get to the bottom of it.

Also, they may not have to stop playing their sport – we have many tools to help keep clients of all ages active while they are coming for treatment.

Kinesiology taping is a wonderful tool we use for a huge variety of conditions.
