Fall Checklist Item #1 Be Kind To Your Feet Again

It’s hard to believe that September is here!   After a summer full of flip-flops and bare feet, it’s time to start thinking about being kind to your feet again.  If you have experienced any recent aches and pains in your low back, hips, knees and/or ankles and feet, it may be related to less-than-supportive summer footwear.   You may be a great candidate for orthotics, or possibly just require some treatment to address the problem.  Please give us a call at Active Body Clinic so we can get you on the right track in time for fall!
