Alana joined Active Body Clinic in the spring of 2011 after graduating from Brock University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology. Alana was born and raised in St. Catharines and is a graduate of Laura Secord Secondary School.

She enjoys spending time outdoors, playing soccer in the summer and snowboarding in the winter.
