Natalie Paladino
Athletic Therapist

Natalie Paladino

Natalie is a resident of Stoney Creek, having attended St. Francis Xavier elementary school and Cardinal Newman high school. From a young age, she was always involved in extra-curricular sports which culminated in her being awarded the Athlete of the Year honour upon graduation from high school. Her passion for Kinesiology and Athletic Therapy was sparked in her early teens when she met an Athletic Therapist, who at the time was working with a professional sports team.

Natalie received her Honours Bachelor of Kinesiology from Brock University. She continued her education, attending Sheridan College, where she graduated from the Athletic Therapy program.

Natalie has worked with a variety of athletes and skill levels, including house league, high school, university, national and professional teams. While at Sheridan College, Natalie interned with the Hamilton Tiger-Cats during their training camp and worked alongside the head Athletic Therapist for Canada’s Men’s Lacrosse team during their selection camp. She continually works hard to gain knowledge and develop her skills, and she enjoys the challenges that she experiences while working both in a clinic and on the field of play.

She enjoys being active and educating people about living a healthy lifestyle. She is very excited to be a part of the Active Body Clinic team.
