Theresa Theriault
Registered Massage Therapist 

Theresa has been a Registered Massage Therapist since 2005 and joined the Active Body Clinic team in 2008.

Coming from a military family, Theresa joined the Canadian Armed Forces shortly after high school.  Upon completion of her qualification, she was posted in Kingston, Ontario from 1996 to 2002 as a Systems Operator, which is part of the Communications trade. During her tenure with the Forces, she was fortunate to have served Canada in both domestic and foreign operations. While deployed in Quebec, Theresa assisted isolated Canadians during the Ice Storm of 1999.  However, her deployments to Bosnia and Macedonia were the most challenging and served to make Theresa more aware of how truly fortunate she is to be Canadian.

In 2002, Theresa moved to Hamilton, Ontario, and transferred to the Royal Hamilton Light Infantry, where she is still an active member. Theresa worked with the regiment full-time until 2003, when she decided it was time for a career change and a new challenge.

Theresa enrolled in the Massage Therapy program at CDI College in Hamilton.  In 2005 she earned certification and registered with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario.

Theresa is most effective in caring for her clients while working as an integral member of a healthcare team of other skillful practitioners.  Being a member of Active Body Clinic’s team has been very rewarding for Theresa. As legions of loyal clients will attest, each day her work serves as confirmation that she has found her niche. Theresa looks forward to continually assisting the wellness of her clientele, while also personally enjoying the unique family atmosphere that is synonymous with Active Body Clinic.
